IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT?
Everyone is welcome, but guests aged 18 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
The same ticket price applies to all attendees. There are no discounts for children and no child tickets available.
WHAT IS THE DIGITAL QUEUE?
A digital queue system will be used when ticket sales open.
The digital queue opens 30 minutes before tickets go on sale. To join the queue, simply click “Buy Tickets”.
At exactly 11:00 AM, when ticket sales begin, everyone who has joined the queue will be assigned a random place in line. Anyone joining after 11:00 AM will be placed at the back of the queue. Once you have been assigned a place, you will see an estimated waiting time at all times.
Please note that a place in the queue does not guarantee that tickets will still be available when it is your turn.
I NEED WHEELCHAIR ACCESS TICKETS. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Wheelchair-accessible tickets are sold online in pairs. One ticket is for the guest and the second ticket is for a companion.
I DID NOT RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL AFTER PURCHASING TICKETS. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If you entered the correct email address, please check your spam or junk folder.

WHAT SHOULD I DO WHEN I ARRIVE AT THE VENUE?
Please have your tickets ready for scanning upon arrival. Your tickets were sent to you by email from Tix Ticketing ([email protected]).
Follow the venue signage to locate the section indicated on your ticket.
Please ensure that you have removed any prohibited items before entering the venue. We are unable to store personal belongings on behalf of guests.
WILL THERE BE A COAT CHECK?
Yes, a paid coat check service will be available.
Please note that space is limited.
WILL FOOD AND DRINKS BE AVAILABLE?
Yes, food trucks will be available on-site, and drinks and snacks will be sold at the venue bars.
More information will be announced closer to the event.
CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD OR DRINKS?
No, outside food and beverages are not permitted for health and safety reasons.
You must dispose of any such items before entering the venue, as we are unable to store them for you.
IF I HAVE A SEATED TICKET, CAN I ACCESS THE FLOOR AREA DURING THE SHOW?
No, for safety reasons, all guests must remain in their designated ticketed area throughout the event.
IF I NEED TO LEAVE THE VENUE, CAN I RE-ENTER?
If you must leave the venue and need to return, please speak to security staff at the entrance before exiting.
They will provide you with the necessary instructions and credentials for re-entry.
ARE ANY ITEMS PROHIBITED?
Yes. Any item deemed capable of causing injury, damage, or disruption is prohibited, including but not limited to:

Guests are responsible for disposing of prohibited items before entering the venue. We are unable to store such items.
I LOST OR FORGOT SOMETHING AT THE CONCERT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Any items found after the concert will be handed over to the Laugardalshöll venue office.
Please contact Laugardalshöll directly after the event regarding lost property.
